There was hearing of our W.P. 4478 of 2015 on 5th May, which has been filed at Aurangabad High Court w.r.t. recent amendment regarding denial to renew registration and issue fresh registration to the Radiologists whose cases are pending in Court.
We are glad to inform you that the Hon’ble High Court has directed the Appropriate Authorities to consider renewal and new registration on merit and not to give reference of new amendment which denied renewal of registration of issuing fresh registration against whom cases are pending in court of law.
We are attaching herewith judgement of Hon’ble Court on this matter. Members are requested to kindly send the proof in writing if the Appropriate Authorities are denying the renewal or fresh registration to the Radiologists whose cases are pending in Court, so that action of contempt of court is initiated against them.
